My fitness resolution

Sanjay Suri
Well, my fitness mantra for 2012 is no different from the one I have had all my life. It’s a bit of everything if we are talking about physical fitness. I like playing sports like basketball and swimming. But my routine includes a run/jog for about 45 minutes followed by stretching and some leg exercises. Next day I hit the gym for very basic light weight circuit training — I never do heavy weight training and running on treadmills is pure boredom for me. I also alternate cardio with anaerobic exercises and yoga and if the weather permits then swimming is ideal for me. As far as the diet is concerned I do eat everything but in moderation and actually enjoy small but frequent meals. I don’t take protein shakes, like to keep it natural. Healthy snacking like fruits and nuts every two hours really gets my metabolism going. I like variations in my workout so I don’t really stick to one kind of a workout.
