Hi Sanjay,
First I want to congratulate you for working on crowd sourcing and crowd funding for movies. My name is Raju and I am from Hyderabad. I am interested to produce a movie using Crowd-funding scheme in India, But I heard from my lawyer that crowd funding is illegal in India as per law.Can you please let me know whether it is legal or illegal? Are they any limitations which we can overcome to make it legal? Please let me know.
